On 2022, running almost 400 miles (672km) has taught me so much…

First to get attached of an activity that I used to hate, to leave the treadmill and explore every corner of the Central Park.

To get up and recover after each injury and covid, to understand that the age doesn’t matter, to listen to my body, to drain my stress from work, to push myself when I don't have the strength, to face the brutal cold, the extreme heat and the rain.

From going ahead even when I think I'm not going to make it, to coming home with medals and the best part to reach the goal of qualifying for a marathon.

This 2023 comes with huge personal and work challenges and I’m ready for it 👊🏻

Happy New Year to all of you 🥂🥂 it’s a great time to set new goal in your life and achieve more experiences. Love u all 🥳
